- 2. Students need to follow teacher's direction when they hear 1 2 3. If teacher did not said 123 and all students cannot move.

- Stand up, sit down, line up, look at teacher...
- When a student listen to/look at teacher he/she can move their clip up. (Positive reinforcement.)

- Students know where to line up and where to sit down for their lunch. Students need to lineup in their number spot and sit down on their designated seat for lunch.
- Most students are a lot more clear on schedules. They know what and when they are suppose to do (lunch, go home, etc.).

- Students need to follow teacher's order in 10 second. Teacher always count 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. When teacher count down to "0" and then all students need to finish their job (finish work or sit properly).
- Teacher move students' clip up when students are following teacher's order.
- Teacher move students' clip down when students are not following teacher's order.
